•  All Products are subject to availability.

•  We will notify you if your chosen Product is unavailable at the time of processing your order, and if applicable will refund any payment made by you.

•  When we provide you with an Order confirmation, we will provide you with estimated delivery date.

•  We will do our best endeavors to deliver the Products purchased by you on the Estimated Delivery Date, however you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that the Products will be delivered on the Estimated Delivery Date.

•  In case it is not be possible for us to deliver the Products to your provided address. We will inform you using the contact details you provided to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.

•  You hold responsibility for ensuring that you are available to receive the Products.

•  Local and International orders will be processed and shipped in accordance with our choice of packaging,

•  We will send to your email information about the Carrier who will be responsible for delivery of Products purchased by you.

•  We will instruct the Carrier to deliver the Products to the address specified by you in your Order.

•  We shall not be liable to you, or in breach of these Terms by reason of any delay in delivery of the Products, where the delay was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: an unreasonable refusal by you to accept delivery; or a delay on behalf of the Carrier.



•  On delivery, you must inspect the Products as soon as is reasonably practicable. You can only return to us products which have been purchased directly through this Website. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, please follow our Returns Procedure, so that we can assist you in the refund of your order. We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such products back to you unless the products are faulty, not as described or otherwise not of satisfactory quality. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products purchased from us that are faulty or not as described. We are also under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with these Terms. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund described above or anything else in these Terms.

•  Products are faulty if they are received damaged. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If repair is not possible or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund. This does not affect your right to cancel the contract under applicable laws.
